Zach invented a new way to get some exercise while having fun in the sun. Or, with the weather on our first test run of the block work out, we were more accurately having fun in the wind. None the less, our sore muscles today proved it was a good work out indeed. To the hills of our city, we added push ups, table top pose, sprints, walking lunges, fore-arm plank, step-ups, and hand stands to get the whole body involved. Naturally, Laura added a little yoga where she could to stretch out the legs and get the belly muscles working.
A few other items noted on our trip: mailboxes are good assists for handstands, the presidio has a nice park with pond and fountain, and the Sunday bartender at Lil's gives away free iced tea.
